Introduction

'StudioCDG' knows that you care how your personal data is treated and recognizes the importance of protecting your privacy.
 
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) explains how 'StudioCDG' collects and processes your personal data. It contains information about the type of data we collect, how we process it and for what purposes, in order to make its use as suitable as possible for your needs.

For the purposes of the Policy, the following terms are defined as follows :

• “Service(s)”: all services, products accessible online or via customer service or Mobile Applications, etc., whether paid for or not.

• “Mobile Application(s)”: refers to any software, application, widget or plug-in downloaded onto a mobile device (smartphone, tablet, laptop as well as any device with an operating system that allows said applications to be downloaded, installed, operated and updated). If the Mobile Application includes notification or localization functionalities, please refer to articles 3.6 and 3.7 below.

• “We”, ‘Us’ and ‘Our’: refers to any company owned or operated, directly or indirectly, by any company in which 'StudioCDG' has an interest and may collect or process your personal data and cookies, as well as their respective service providers located in France or abroad.

• “You” and ‘Your’: refers to any user of the Services, and who accesses one of the paid or free Services.

Basic principles

Our commitment to privacy

'StudioCDG' undertakes to process personal data in compliance with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data and privacy, in particular in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 adopted on April 27, 2016 and relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and to the free movement of such data, (hereinafter the “Regulation”). We undertake to comply with the following principles :

  • you are under no obligation to provide us with the personal data we request. However, some of this data may be mandatory in order to access certain Services. Therefore, if you choose not to provide us with this data, you may not be able to access certain Services;

  • we collect and process your data only for the purposes described in this Policy or for specific purposes of which we have informed you and/or for which you have given your consent;

  • we adopt the principle of minimizing the collection of personal data: i.e. collecting only the personal data necessary for the processing and use envisaged, without collecting data unnecessarily;

  • if any personal data held by us is no longer required for the purposes of processing personal data, and we are under no legal obligation to retain it, we will do everything in our power to delete, destroy or anonymize it.

 

What personal data do we collect ?

The personal data we collect varies depending on the purpose of the collection and the Service we provide. Generally, we may directly collect the following categories of personal data :

  6. information relating to payment when a purchase or reservation is made on one of our online sites, or one of our applications. Typically the invoice will contain your name, billing address and payment details such as your credit card or bank account;

 

We may also collect personal data about you indirectly when :
a) you share content on social networks, websites or applications relating to our products or responding to our posts and promotional announcements on social networks;

 

For what purposes do we collect your personal data ?

We collect your personal data in order to provide you with the best online experience and quality service and navigation. In particular, we may collect, hold, use and disclose your personal data for the following purposes :

We may also need your personal data to comply with legal obligations or as part of the contractual relationship built up with you.

How do we protect your personal data?

 

We understand how important the security of your personal data is. We make our best efforts to protect your personal data from misuse, interference, damage, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. We have many security measures in place to help you protect your personal data. In particular, we use access controls, firewalls and secure servers, and we encrypt personal data.

Sharing Your Personal Data 

 

When we share your personal data with our affiliates or other entities, we ensure that we do so only with organizations that have a strong security framework for your data and its storage and that comply with privacy laws, under conditions equivalent to those we comply with. We share our customers' data in an encrypted manner with our business partners for advertising purposes. The recipients of the data are the commercial partners and in particular marketing and advertising agencies. After browsing our site, you will receive an e-mail even though you have not given your e-mail address to 'StudioCDG'.

How is that possible ?
'StudioCDG' uses the services of companies whose role is to identify Internet users who have already visited our website and to send them personalized emails. These companies use cookies to distinguish users and then to personalize the ads they receive based on their browsing history.


Who collected my email address ?
This processing involves partners who have already collected your e-mail address, as well as your consent to allow the sending of advertising.

 

International transfers of your data

Personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If this is the case, 'StudioCDG' will make every effort to ensure that this international transfer of data has an adequate level of security and guarantees.

  1. model standard contractual clauses validated by the European Commission. These certifications must be approved either by the European Commission, or by the competent supervisory authority under the Regulation, or by the national accreditation body designated in accordance with the Regulation.

 

Automated individual decision-making and profiling
